Cancellation Details: We offer free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour departure.

Meeting Point: Pickup for your adventure will take place at the iconic Jemaa el Fna Square in Marrakech. We will meet at 8:00 AM at the entrance of Café France, a well-known landmark in the area.

Return: The return time is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We will drop you off at a convenient location near Jemaa el Fna Square.

This is a cool and humid environment, reaching its peak during the spring thaw: fresh streams of water flow vigorously, fostering lush vegetation and vibrant colors, such as the blossoming almond and cherry trees.

The villages scattered along the valley slopes are also highly interesting: they blend perfectly into the environment and host a population with a strong pottery tradition. Therefore, handmade souvenirs and ornamental minerals extracted from the valley can be easily found.

The journey here is short and quick from Marrakech: after just 40 km and 50 minutes, beautiful landscapes will unfold before us.

Day Trip Itinerary to Ourika Valley from Marrakech

Embark on your adventure to the Ourika Valley with a scheduled pick-up at 9:00 AM at Café France, located in the iconic Jemaa el Fna square of Marrakech. Just an hour away, this journey takes you through changing landscapes to the vibrant valley, home to the imposing Toubkal Mountain, rising to 4,167 meters and offering spectacular views of the peaks and valleys of the High Atlas.

The Ourika Valley is known for its hidden deep valleys, ancient villages, and lively mountain rivers, providing an authentic insight into Moroccan rural life. The valley’s splendor is most notable between February and April when cherry and almond trees bloom, and mountain rivers intensify due to the thaw.

You will also have the opportunity to visit the Oukaïmeden ski resort, located at 2,650 meters above sea level, a perfect retreat to enjoy the coolness and nature in summer. The valley is also famous for its traditional pottery and ornamental minerals, with small family shops inviting you to take home a souvenir of the place.
